Your Place apartments offer accommodation to client companies on the express condition that the client company agree to abide by Your Place Apartments full terms and conditions of business.
Summary Terms.
The client company book the accommodation for the period required and agree to pay all accommodation charges 14 days prior to arrival of the guest/assignee.
No refund of prepaid charges will be made in the event of any cancellations within 14 days as above. In the event of special pricing or contracts for periods of longer occupancy cancellations will not be refundable. Your Place may make such exceptions as it sees fit to the policy of cancellation. Their objective is always to be fair and will work with client companies to

minimise the costs associated with any extensive void periods.
The client company agree to pay all costs associated with loss, damage or undue ware and tear to furniture, equipment or fittings in the apartment. Such cases are extremely rare as the apartments are regularly serviced.
The client company agree to pay for any periods of occupancy by their guest/assignee after the booking period has expired whether the guest/assignee has left the employ of the client company.
The client company agree to pay for any additional services or telephone charges incurred by their guest/assignee in the event that the guest/assignee has not settled the same on departure.
