Your Place serviced apartments are available as an alternative to a hotel room for the longer staying guest. Instead of booking an en-suite bedroom, Your Place guests have the sole use of a purpose built property with kitchen, living / dining room, bedroom (s) and bathroom(s).
Our apartments are fitted with all the equipment you would expect to have at home, particularly in the kitchen. Anyone who has spent a week or more in a hotel will have missed the privacy of preparing their own meal, or the comfort of a soft sofa to watch a film.
Your Place guests have their own front door keys and come and go as they please. If you go home at the weekend, leave all your work related luggage and equipment behind.
Apartments are serviced daily or weekly, with all towels and bedding provided. There is no need to spend your time cleaning, bed making or washing up.

Your Place clients are often working away from home, or relocating as business requires. Full individual BT unlimited broadband is included with each apartment. Not only does this give the best available broadband connection, but avoids issues associated with privacy over a network. All connections are wireless and direct ethernet enabled.
A welcome pack is provided giving our guests giving them all the basics required for hot and cold drinks, breakfast, fruit and snack items. Shower gel, soap, toilet rolls etc are also provided.
When you arrive we familiarise the guest with the apartment equipment and access to the development. Information on the location together with useful contact numbers are left, including take away menus, taxi companies, chemists, restaurants and emergency services.
