How much does Your Place cost? Your Place offer a complete apartment as an alternative to a hotel room. Typically our prices give a significant discount from a hotel rate.
Do I have to pay a deposit? No. Your Place do not hold rental a deposit.
Are there any hidden charges? No, the price quoted includes all costs of your stay - Servicing, utilities, power maintenance and so on. Outgoing telephone charges will be billed at cost.
How do I book an Apartment? Phone or email Your Place to confirm availability of your chosen accommodation. Email your requirement and company billing information - order number etc.. where applicable. Your Place will invoice for the booking which needs to be paid 14 days prior to commencement.

What happens if my plans change? Your Place have a 14 day cancellation policy. If your plans change outside of 14 days in advance, there are no charges (unless you have agreed special terms for long term occupancy). Many of our clients need to extend their stay with us and we give priority to existing guests. Please make us aware of your needs as soon as you can.
What is your minimum booking period? Your Place is normally available for bookings of a week or more. In some cases we may be able to accommodate shorter requirements. Please contact us with your dates to confirm.
I am arriving late at night can I still check in? Your Place are used to arrivals at all times of the day or night. You will be met at the apartment with a full welcome pack to get you started.
